Each individual may register only one account on bk664. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same device, same IP address, or any other identifying commonality — are considered duplicate accounts and are prohibited. Where bk664 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated bets, and retain any funds in those accounts pending investigation.

You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration, including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested. bk664 may at any time require you to submit documentation to verify your identity (KYC verification). Acceptable KYC documents typically include a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals until verification is complete.

bk664 accepts deposits exclusively via Bangladeshi payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and City Bank. All deposit transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your bk664 account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation. bk664 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Withdrawals may be requested by any player whose account holds a positive balance and who has completed KYC verification. bk664 processes withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad as promptly as operationally possible. Where no specific bonus terms are stated, the following general conditions apply: all bonus funds carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.

Bonus funds and real-money funds are held in separate balances in your bk664 account. Real-money funds deposited by you may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to KYC completion. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement (rollover) has been satisfied in full. The specific games eligible to contribute towards wagering requirements, and the percentage contribution of each game type, will be stated in the individual bonus offer terms.

Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bk664 may at its sole discretion suspend or permanently close the account, void all bets placed by the account, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the conduct to relevant authorities if it constitutes criminal activity.

The platform provides tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion. bk664 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors, or that any particular game or betting market will remain available at any given time. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, or external infrastructure failures may cause temporary unavailability. bk664 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, whether scheduled or unscheduled.

bk664 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; chargebacks initiated by the player; provision of false KYC information; or any behaviour that bk664 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.

You may close your bk664 account at any time by contacting bk664 support. Upon account closure at your request, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided KYC verification is complete and there are no outstanding investigations or holds on the account. Bonus balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure are forfeited.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If you have a dispute with bk664 relating to a bet, game outcome, payment, or any other platform matter, you must first contact bk664 support to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Disputes must be raised within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. bk664's decision in respect of any betting dispute, once communicated to the player, is final and binding subject only to manifest error.
